SMI Radio Ep. 71 On Demand: Torches and Jason Friendt of RockStar Motel

Torches was just in town a couple weeks ago to play the RockStar Motel showcase at Chop Suey. A few days later, they jumped on a plane headed to ‘The Big Apple” to play a series of showcase events for RockStar Motel and CMJ. The trio, who hail from Pasadena, California, produce brilliant ear candy composed of tasty tones and a solid rhythmic foundation. They know how to make great records, but the group is even more powerful live.
